RunSized is a community-built running-shoe sizing database. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.
Fit submissions. When you submit a fit report, we store the shoes, sizes, fit ratings and any notes you choose to add. Submissions are anonymous by default.
Email (optional). If you provide an email when submitting, we use it only to follow up about that report. We don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Usage analytics. We collect privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics (page views and interaction events) to understand how the tool is used and improve it.
Submission data is aggregated into the sizing recommendations shown across the site. Individual reports are LLM-checked for plausibility and may be moderated before they enter recommendations. We never publish your email address.
We use Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database) to operate the site, and an error monitoring provider to keep it reliable. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with you (including a submission tied to your email) by contacting us via the submit page. If you're in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), these rights apply to you.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
